KNOW YOUR BODY - Nutrition and Pilates through your monthly menstrual cycle.

It is sad that today most woman are unaware of how their bodies perform the magic it does every month, the very essence that makes us women. It is also sad that many woman suffer throughout their cycle unnecessarily.

Karen from Reflexionz Wellbeing and I are working together to give women a better understanding of what is happening physically and emotionally during their cycle, so they have a better understanding of why they feel like they do, what to expect , what foods are best to eat and what is the best exercise to do during the 4 stages of menstruation.

The workshop is 3 hours long broken down into 4 sections, with nutrition, lifestyle guidance and Pilates for each section.
