How to join an online class

Your  Online Classes Links

 When you sign up for a term or week;y subscription with Your Spae Pilates you will receive an email each week with the links to all the Online Pilates Classes.  All you need to do is:

  • Email or text me to confirm the classes you will be attending

  • Click on the link a couple of minutes before the class. Or enter the Meeting ID by clicking: Join Zoom Meeting (If this is your 1st time using zoom, allow 10 minutes to download the app, etc)

  • You will enter a waiting room, I will admit you a few minutes before the session begins

  • Set up your device and mat so I can see you, preferably from side on for mat classes, front on for seated.

  • Have a towel to use as a cushion to support your neck

  • Have your stretchy band, cans & Pilates circles ready

  • Mute your audio to prevent feedback and noise from your place from distracting the class

  • Classes are 45 minutes. Please email before the class if you have any injuries or concerns, or requests for the class.

  • You will be directed to a Waiting room until I start the meeting. If you get a message saying “host is in another meeting”, check you have clicked the correct link. t Text me, and I will resend the link.

  • Text or call me if you have any trouble getting into the class 0220150743

  • Feedback on the class is greatly appreciated. Email me after the class if you have any questions or to let me know if the class delivered what your body needed.

By clicking on the links below, you are agreeing that you are aware that during online classes you are visible to me and other participants.  You can turn off your video if you do not want to be seen but that will mean I can not see you to correct your form.

You are In a group class and it is your responsibility to self-regulate your exercise.  You want to feel your Powerhouse work but let me know immediately if you are feeling pain in your neck, back, or joints.
